Important Powsurfing Safety Notice

Powsurfing is an exhilarating and extreme activity that involves inherent risks, including serious injury or death. By purchasing or using our equipment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Ride at Your Own Risk

You are solely responsible for your safety while powsurfing. Always evaluate terrain, snow, and weather conditions carefully. Carry and know how to use avalanche and safety gear, and ride within your ability.

2. Safety Leash Requirement

An appropriate safety leash must be attached at all times when powsurfing to prevent loss of your board or danger to others.
Safety leashes are not included with our products.
If your board or equipment strikes you or causes injury during use, this is entirely your responsibility.

3. Equipment Limitations

All gear, including traction pads, boards, and accessories, has performance limits. Equipment can fail or detach under certain conditions.  Moonchild Skunkworx is not liable for any damage, injury, or death resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

4. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing or using our equipment, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with powsurfing — including falls, collisions, avalanches, environmental hazards, and equipment failure.

5. Release of Liability

You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless  Moonchild Skunkworx, their owners, designers, and partners from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, damage, or death related to use of our equipment.
