Moonchild Skunkworx Warranty

Snowboards:
All Moonchild Skunkworx hybrid boards come with a two-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear, excessive abuse, or misuse—such as riding on surfaces other than snow—are not covered.

Traction Control Plates – Raptor Pads & Moonwalkers:

• These products have a one-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects.

• They are designed to function down to a minimum temperature of -15 °C (≈5 °F). At lower temperatures, the plastic may become fragile. Damage caused by use in colder conditions is not covered.

• Moonwalker traction pads convert into auxiliary snowshoes (Moonwalkers) intended for walking in  soft powder only. Stepping on rocks or ice, or walking on hard surfaces, is excluded from warranty coverage.

Important: All warranty claims must include proof of purchase. Warranty covers only repair or replacement of defective products; Moonchild Skunkworx is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
